At Naya Clinic , we observed a well-structured day care program specializing in higher brain dysfunction , with a strong focus on cognitive rehabilitation, self-awareness, and practical strategies for daily life. The clear program structure, interdisciplinary teamwork, and warm, highly motivated staff left a strong impression.

At the Sakai City Health & Welfare Plaza , we learned about an integrated model that brings together medical care, welfare services, employment support, and community resources. The facility plays a key role in supporting people with disabilities through rehabilitation, vocational training, and long-term community integration.
